The company initiated its work of operating, maintaining, and managing Air Cargo Terminal 2 of Hyderabad Airport, pursuant to the Concession awarded to it by GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited.
Quinlan Bird Cargo Private Limited is majorly owned by M/s Boyance Infrastructure Private Limited (with 89% shareholding), a fast-growing company in the domains of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), development of residential and commercial spaces, Hospitality Services, Engineering Services, and NBFC activities

Quinlan Bird Cargo Private Limited has come up with Cargo Terminal-2 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. Terminal-2 represents a significant addition of facilities in Hyderabad Airport, across all key parameters. The integrated Terminal features Pharmaceutical Handling capabilities with a dedicated Pharma Zone along with storage facilities for Special Cargo (DGR/PER/VAL/VAL/VUN) for both International and Domestic Cargo. On the technology front, Terminal-2 introduces latest Terminal Management System supporting paperless documentation processes. This terminal design has embedded sustainability features addressing the increasing emphasis on environmental responsibility in air cargo operations. This major infrastructure project represents a significant expansion of cargo handling capabilities at one of India's fastest-growing international airports. The terminal is scheduled to commence operations from March 2026 and will be a boost to the transformation in the region's cargo logistics capabilities.
